a new love
Isn't it amazing. Isn't learning wonderful. At lunch today, Bekah and I played the rhyming game. Run...fun...sun...bun... She would just giggle with glee when either of us thought of another rhyming word. What fun! It seems that sometimes school seems to beat out the fun of learning. But it shouldn't be like that. I hope that the glee lasts... that she keeps loving learning, feeling the thrill of new knowledge.

hey, what do you mean...school takes all the fun out of learning? i have kids who can't wait to come back each day! there's a lot of teachers who really do make learning an adventure. and if learning isn't fun i think parents have a responsibility to help make teachers aware of the situation and also be a part of the solution. just couldn't let that one slide by! mom
